# Introduction

Innovative Crypto Solutions (ICS) is a crypto incubator designed to support and manage blockchain-based startups. ICS acts as a parent company, overseeing and managing multiple projects, including **Dumbo Dollars (DD)**—a meme-based NFT project with its own token on Solana.

The ICS ecosystem is built around its core token, **$ICS**, which serves governance, investment, and liquidity purposes. A key part of this ecosystem is the **ICS-DD liquidity pool**, allowing seamless swaps between the two tokens while preserving ICS’s higher intrinsic value.
